The Waffle House Merchandise mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Waffle House Merchandise (“Waffle House Merchandise,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Consent to Receive Messages
By consenting to Waffle House Merchandise’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Waffle House Merchandise through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, product launches, cart reminders, and other marketing offers. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received in connection with the Service, as determined by your wireless provider. Please contact your wireless provider for details of your plan. Waffle House Merchandise is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text STOP to cancel. After sending STOP, you may receive an additional message confirming your request has been processed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe to the Service.

Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you are responsible for updating your account information to ensure that messages are not sent to the wrong person.

We respect your privacy. SMS opt-in data and consent is used exclusively to send you text messages (such as order updates, cart reminders, and promotions) and will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for any other purpose.
